DHOPA – Terms & Conditions

By using DHOPA's services (including website, mobile app, WhatsApp, phone orders, or in-person bookings), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Overview
DHOPA provides laundry-related services including (but not limited to):
- Washing & Folding
- Dry Ironing
- Steam Ironing
- Add-on services
- Pickup & Delivery
Services are provided within our operational areas and are subject to availability.
2. Order Placement & Acceptance
- Orders can be placed via the DHOPA app, website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
- An order is considered confirmed only after DHOPA accepts it.
- DHOPA reserves the right to accept or reject any order without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in INR and may vary by service type.
- Final billing is based on actual item count and selected services.
- DHOPA reserves the right to revise prices, offers, or discounts at any time.
- Payments must be completed through approved payment methods or cash (where applicable).
- Subscription plans are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to weather, machine issues, power cuts, transport problems, or high demand.
- Customers must ensure availability at the scheduled pickup/delivery time.
- Failed pickup/delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
5. Garment Care & Responsibility
- DHOPA follows standard professional laundry practices.
- Customers must check pockets before handing over clothes.
- Customers must inform DHOPA about delicate fabrics, stains, or special care instructions.
- DHOPA is not responsible for items left in pockets, normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or pre-existing damage.
6. Damage, Loss & Compensation
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Compensation (if approved) is limited to a maximum of 2× the service charge of the affected item.
- DHOPA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup without charge.
- Once pickup is done, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
8. Subscriptions & Offers
- Subscription benefits apply only during the active subscription period.
- Unused services do not carry forward unless stated.
- Misuse or abuse may result in termination without refund.
9. User Conduct
Users must not provide false information, misuse services, harass staff, or attempt fraud.
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
10. Data & Privacy
Customer data is collected only for service delivery, billing, and communication.
DHOPA does not sell personal data to third parties.
11. Service Suspension
DHOPA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
DHOPA's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Bolpur / West Bengal courts.
